Each of these specializations requires additional qualification apart from the normal medicine degree. Cosmetic dermatology deals with the liposuction, face lifts, blepharoplasty and laser surgery. Dermatopathology is the study that deals with pathology of the skin. Pediatric dermatology deals with the study of skin diseases in children. Mohs surgery is a specialized study that deals with the excision of skin cancer using tissue sparing technique.

Usually the private organization will offer a better pay scale than the public organization so most of the dermatologist prefers private organization.
